When can you get Refund

Refund can be initiated only if requested within 24 hours of purchase that too when none of the paid tests have been attempted.

How to apply for refund

To apply for a refund, you need to write an email to us at admin@prepdoor.org within 24 hours of purchase, mentioning in detail the reason for requesting refund.
